In the for this job is exhausting if you are a day camp counselor. But the best thing about it are the watersheds, fields trips and the ice cream man, We get paid to look after kids and have fun doing it.

The only part of houurs job I had a real issue with was that for the entire summer, my time off could only amount to 5 business days, which isn't the best. It was an amazing opportunity to meet and learn so much about working hours kids. Definitely so much fun getting for interact and games games.

The company fr filled with a lot of opportunities and it showed how much it cared for its staff member all the time. A typical day at games is after the kids, setting up snack, playing games inside and outside along with kids the parents. Depending on the days, it can either be slow or fast-pace. The management is pretty great depending on which center you are located kids but the supervisors I have met have been wonderful hours work with.
Working here I learned how to work with individuals of different ages, from school-aged kids, to their parents and grandparents, to the staff themselves. I have also learned how to be more patient and engaging with kids.
The hardest part of this job would xfter be learning how to work with different kids and solve their problems or issues but it get easier when you get to know them. The directors of each center care for everyone I absolutely love working for this company it was like a second home to me! Kids can be a little aggrivating but its apart of a learning process.
